RhythmOS
Your life is not a timetable to manage. It is a rhythm to compose.
Describe what matters. Move through notes and rests — one at a time — without turning the day into a dashboard.
A day becomes a bar
Compose, don't schedule
Most tools ask you to become a manager of your own attention before you can begin. RhythmOS starts from what is already on your mind, then shapes a short sequence of notes and rests you can actually move through.
A day in four movements
Simple enough to finish. Soft enough to change mid-phrase.
- 01
Compose
Say what matters in ordinary language. RhythmOS drafts a flexible rhythm — not a calendar grid.
- 02
Move
Take one note at a time. Rest when you need space. Carry what is unfinished without calling it failure.
- 03
Reflect
Close the rhythm with a few quiet notes for the next composition.
- 04
Listen
Finished days become bars in a Living Score — a local, musical shape of what you actually did.
Private by default
Your rhythms, reflections, and Living Score live in this browser. There is no account and no cross-device sync. When you compose, only the context you send reaches the model — never your score audio.
